SO it is late, almost 3:30am on a Wednesday morning. There are 8 people at the table and there is almost $3,500 in cash at the table. I am at Oceans Eleven Casino in Oceanside California and the bad beat jackpot is $40,000. Aces full of tens beaten.

So I got my ass handed to me in a home game in vista California today. We played some mixed poker, mostly Omaha and Hold-em.

Omaha is such a different game then hold-em. Starting hands just are not the same.

I need to get me a Omaha book! Anyone have any suggestions?

So I took 1st place in a tournament at Oceans 11 casino last Friday night. It was the easiest tournament I had ever played in. It just seemed that I was pre-determined to win.
